Use:
Used to cut all kinds of adhesive tape and non viscous materials, such as BOPP tape, double-sided tape, masking tape, PVC tape, PET tape, cloth tape, foam tape, 3M tape series, polyester film tape, gold finger, Mara tape, PE protective film, copper foil, aluminum foil, non-woven cloth, off paper etc..
U features:
V feed way: there are servo feed and hydraulic feed two ways for customers to choose, feed steady, adjustable speed;
V limit mode: using electronic induction and mechanical double limit mode, the two devices at the same time to the feeding position and the knife seat left and right move position limit, the limit is accurate, safe and reliable;
V slitting knife transverse positioning: driven by servo motor, ball screw drive, linear slide guide formula shaped knife seat, and move around the stable and adjustable speed, all models in this series are imported screw guide, to ensure the positioning precision cutting size;
V data processing: touch screen, LCD data input, operation on the same axis, you can set 10 different cutting specifications, import MITSUBISHI PLC programmable control processor, centralized processing, automatic slitting;
V cutter shaft style: iron shaft, air shaft (full or semi inflatable inflatable) and different diameter specifications are available; this series of models are all single shaft configuration semi inflatable shaft; with small diameter specifications spindle, increase with knife rest device (optional), can prevent the cutting blade in the axial thrust caused deformation;
V: mechanical clamping claw clamping and clamping inflatable two ways for customers to choose; this series of all single axis automatic cutting machine adopts mechanical clamping mode, double inflatable clamp material, ensure the materials meet the material material without fastening, no worries;
V cutting shaft and round knife operation mode: cutting shaft and round knife are AC motor drive, frequency converter speed regulation, can adjust speed and change the steering;
V blade lubrication: vacuum generator, automatic spray, lubrication and cooling blade, will not burn material;
V blade style: round knife, slitting, diameter optional;
V machine oil maintenance: all models in this series adopt centralized lubrication system will need ten refueling and maintenance parts concentrated in one place by high quality aluminum oil pipeline, prolong the machine precision life, save time;
V rear axle support seat: light tailstock and heavy tailstock for customer selection;
V safety protection: when cutting the spindle tailstock, the machine can not be started. During the working process, such as the abnormal opening of the tail seat, the machine will stop automatically and ensure the safety of the operators;
V operation mode: man-machine interface and manual operation box; manual operation lever is imported; manual operation box can reduce the number of touch screen and prolong its service life. The function is clear and easy to learn;
