Basic knowledge of rewinder
Rewinder overview:
Rewinding machine is one of the most common adhesive tape equipment, mainly used for complex rolled up material roll materials, the most basic requirement is after rewinding can maintain the characteristics of the original material, but not the appearance of wrinkles and bubbles.
Rewinder classification:
The rewinder can be divided into single spindle rewinder, double axle rewinder and shaftless rewinder;
It can also be divided into sticky material rewinder, non sticky material rewinder and so on.
Main function:
1., two paragraph control rewinding length; automatic brake stop;
2. unwinding tension automatic control, winding tension control;
3. arched roller expansion material, limited to remove wrinkles;

Introduction of shaftless rewinder:
Shaftless winder using surface rewinding way, can be used in a variety of different diameter of the inner hole of the tube core complex volume of material, so the use of a relatively wide range; can also be used for rewinding of transparent material, especially suitable for rewinding OPP ultra transparent tape, PET protective film etc..
Introduction of biaxial rewinder:

The difference between a viscous material rewinder and a cohesionless material rewinder:
