5. The filter screen on the door of the converter is usually cleaned once a week. If there is much dust in the working environment, the cleaning interval should be shortened according to the actual situation.

7, frequency conversion room must be kept clean and tidy, should be cleaned at any time according to the actual situation at the scene.
8, frequency conversion room ventilation, lighting must be good, ventilation, cooling equipment (air conditioning, ventilation fans, etc.) to normal operation.

4 、 check all the grounding in the converter cabinet should be reliable, no rust at the site.
5, every six months (inside) should be tightened once the frequency converter internal cable each connection nut.
6, belt conveyor inverter after a long time to stop running, you should measure the frequency converter (including phase-shifting transformers, bypass main circuit) insulation, should use 2500V trillion European table. Only when the insulation is tested can the frequency converter be started.
