Application: it is suitable for rewinding of various industrial/electronic and packaging adhesive tapes.

Equipment characteristics:

1.Two-stage length setting,accurate coling length.When the set length is reached, servo motor control is adopted to automatically exchange the two axes.

2. With high-performance programmable controller, the overall rewinding operation is extremely simple. Length counting and tension control are LED touch screens.

3. The pneumatic paper tube is fxed, the paper tube is firm, the loading and unioading is simple and fast, and the efficiency is greatty improved.

4. Automatic tal paper smoothing device (optional) to eliminate wrinkling or bubbles after rewinding. Ensure smooth and smooth rewinding of finished products.

5. The hydraulic feeding mechanism(optional)provides simple and easy operation of raw materials and feeding.

6. The pressure wheel is controlled by cylinder and the pressure level is adjustable. Press the semi-finished products properly to ensure that the semi-finished products are extremely smooth during the rewinding process.
